Cowboys Community Foundation is proud to welcome Rackley Swimming to its partner family as a Supporting Partner, joining the Foundation in their commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact for communities across the North.
Through the partnership, Rackley Swimming will become a Supporting Partner of Cowboys for Community, a Foundation program that creates one clear pathway for requests received by the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, Cowboys Leagues Club and Cowboys Community Foundation to support communities and causes in need.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment between Rackley Swimming and Cowboys Community Foundation to strengthening communities, with a particular focus on the health and wellbeing of families.
As a Supporting Partner, Rackley Swimming will support the resources the Foundation requires to coordinate and administer Cowboys for Community, strengthening its capacity to respond meaningfully to the hundreds of requests for assistance each year.
Cowboys Community Foundation Chief Executive Officer Fiona Pelling said the partnership welcomed an organisation whose values align closely with the Foundation’s work.

With Rackley Swimming’s support, the Foundation has greater capacity to coordinate this work, bringing together resources from across our three entities and directing them towards areas of genuine community need.”

At its heart, Cowboys for Community is about connecting the collective strength of the Cowboys Group’s entities – the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, Cowboys Community Foundation, and Cowboys Leagues Club – with the people, organisations and causes making a difference in their communities.
Cowboys for Community provides a consistent and transparent way to consider requests made for support to the Cowboys, while helping the Foundation recognise emerging needs and coordinate the resources available.
With Rackley Swimming’s support, the Foundation can continue strengthening this connection between the Cowboys Group and the communities it serves, ensuring each contribution is understood as part of a much larger community impact.
