The Cowboys Community Foundation has partnered with EveryWill to give our community access to a simple, trusted way to prepare a Will.
EveryWill provides step-by-step guidance to help you prepare your Will online for free. EveryWill’s Wills are designed by estate lawyers to be legally valid and up-to-date with current laws.
The online process can help you appoint executors and beneficiaries, make allowances for pets and record how you would like your assets distributed.
You can also include personal wishes and gifts to the people or causes important to you. Once created, your Will can be updated online for free as your circumstances change.

Information for your Solicitor
Preparing your Will is an important and very personal process. If you would prefer Io make or update your Will with your existing solicitor*, and would like to include a gift to the Cowboys Community Foundation, download the fact sheet below to provide them with this sample wording:
“I give to Cowboys Charity Limited (89 603 728 427)
The remainder and residue of my Estate, or
____ percent of my Estate, or

free of all duties and testamentary expenses for its general purposes.

Types of gifts
Residuary and percentage gifts hold their value over time and are the most effective in helping ensure our ongoing support for people across our communities. An untied gift provides flexibility for us to apply your bequest to where it is needed most at the time it is realised after your lifetime.

Nominate a percentage
You can leave a nominated percentage of your entire estate to the Cowboys Community Foundation, providing flexibilty if the value changes over time.
Choose an amount
You can provide the Cowboys Community Foundation a fixed sum or choose to leave what remains after your loved ones have been provided for.

You can leave a specific asset such as property, shares, bonds or another item of financial value to the Cowboys Community Foundation.
