Further, Tougher, Together
We’re back – and this time, we’re dialling up the adventure for even greater impact!
After an incredible first 100km+ charity hike, we’re taking on our biggest and toughest challenge yet across 27–28 June 2026, raising funds for the Cowboys Community Foundation and NRL Cowboys House.
Our 2026 team – Michael Pugh, Wes Graffin, Sean Dromey, Arika Appleby and Anne Camplin – will cover more than 100 kilometres of rugged North Queensland terrain, starting at Raspberry Falls in Girringun National Park and pushing through Lannercost State Forest, Hidden Valley and Paluma, before tackling the iconic PRB Track. From there, we’ll navigate one of the most demanding stretches of the journey – across day and night conditions – before descending to the coast and finishing near the Bruce Highway.
This isn’t just a hike – it’s a true test of endurance, resilience and teamwork. We’ll rely on each other every step of the way, pushing through some of the region’s toughest conditions to make a real difference.
We’re doing this for something bigger than ourselves – to support education, health and social outcomes for young people across North Queensland, including students at NRL Cowboys House.
You can follow our journey via our dedicated Facebook page as we take on this challenge.
If you’d like to support us, donations can be made right here on this page (no cash donations please). Every contribution helps fund life-changing programs across our region. Donations over $2 are tax-deductible, and you’ll receive a receipt by email once your donation is complete.
We’d love you to get behind us and be part of the journey.
