There is a new epicentre for success for senior students at NRL Cowboys House, with Ampol coming on board as Presenting Partner for the new Centre for Inspired Futures.
The Centre is a vital hub for House Career Transition Officers to support senior students to find and follow their employment or education aspirations.
Cowboys Community Foundation CEO Fiona Pelling said the hub, located on the NRL Cowboys' House Boys Campus in Gulliver, offers a welcoming and supportive environment where staff, students and partners can connect.
"The unique wrap around support NRL Cowboys House provides, includes supporting our young people to follow their dreams and reach their full potential," Fiona said.
"A key part of that journey is to help students to plan and manage the steps necessary to secure their employment prospects beyond secondary education,” she said.
"This includes connecting our Year 10-12 students with work experience opportunities, helping them attain their Learner and Provisional licences, a bank account and all of the identification and official documentation they need as adults.

"It’s also a space where our corporate partners can educate students on career prospects within their industries and host workshops, meetings and training sessions."
Ampol has been fuelling Australia since the 1900s and has grown to supply the country's largest branded petrol and convenience network, as well as refining, importing and marketing fuels and lubricants.
The partnership is made possible through the Ampol Foundation whose focus is guided by two pillars: youth education and safety.
"As Australia's leading transport energy provider that exists in hundreds of communities across the country, we are passionate about keeping our people and our customers safe,” Ampol Chief Brand Officer Jenny O'Regan said.
"We are also dedicated to improving access to education amongst disadvantaged youth and believe that investment in this area has a long-lasting impact on society,” she said.
"Our partnership with NRL Cowboys House is very much aligned to our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan .
"NRL Cowboys House is achieving wonderful outcomes individually and collectively for students from remote areas, and we are thrilled to support their efforts to continue to literally inspire their futures."
